Return & Refund Policy

At Haseeba Library, we sell digital eBooks and downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the eBook has been delivered or downloaded.

However, we may offer a refund in the following situations:

- You were charged more than once for the same eBook.

- You purchased the wrong eBook and contact us before downloading it.

- The purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue.

- A payment was made accidentally and the order has not yet been fulfilled.

If you experience any problem with your purchase, please contact us with your order details. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

For refund requests, please contact us at the email address provided on our website.

Please note that refunds are not normally available simply because you changed your mind after downloading or accessing a digital product.

Haseeba Library reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
